At N V L T Y, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
